Respecting memories, simplifying life.

We spend our lives collecting memories, mementos, and things that tell our stories but over time, the stuff can start to feel overwhelming.

Decluttering is mentally and physically overwhelming —so why are you doing it by yourself?

Hi there! I'm Stephanie, Certified Professional Organizer and compassionate friend to the sandwich generation and anyone helping a loved one declutter, downsize and organize.

We help people that need to declutter, downsize and organize in a compassionate & efficient way.

What they said...

“Stephanie was prompt, an amazing listener, calmly efficient, and able to quell my anxiety re: having someone go through my belongings. She asked often if my “vision” of the 2 rooms we worked on was coming to light (definitely!). It was also very important to me that “purged” items found a new home if possible, and she has many resources to pick from. I, along with my wife/dog/cat, 100% recommend the Organized Flamingo!”
Katherine O., Colorado
"The Organized Flamingo Team are incredibly patient and kind. I had a call with Stephanie so I could wrap my head around what to do next with the household of items my parents left me. We came up with a game plan and it was just what I needed to move forward. I am fortunate enough to live close to where her team is so they were also able to come over and help me sort through all of the items."
Kim S., Arizona
"I hired Stephanie to bring some organization to my office. As a Designer I am focused on the artistic side of my work and consequently the organization of my work space suffers greatly. With a brief discussion as to how I "worked" she was able to direct her efforts to what I most needed. Her contribution really helped and it did not "rewrite" my work flow processes at all. A "5 star" service I highly recommend."

What is the sandwich generation?

The sandwich generation refers to middle-aged adults, often in their 30s to 50s, who are simultaneously caring for themselves and one of the following groups: their aging parents, raising their own children, supporting adult kids, helping a loved one cope through life events—essentially being “sandwiched” between the needs of several generations.

This dual responsibility can bring significant stress.

From managing inherited belongings to helping loved ones downsize and declutter, the sandwich generation plays a vital role in simplifying life and preserving family stories. I focus on offering compassionate organizing solutions to help lighten the load and make this unique phase feel more manageable and purposeful.
